Dr. Vishal Mehta was invited to present the Bangalore Urban Metabolism work to a diverse group of researchers, practitioners, government officials. The presentation covered work to date documeting the growth of Bangalore, water supply status, critical knowledge gaps and how coupled social-ecological models can be used to understand the dynamic connections between water use and the health of the city’s ecological foundations.

The event was moderated by Mr. V. Balasubramanian, former Additional Chief Secretary of the Govt. of Karnataka.
